I am so excited and honored to be offering my services again during the week of September 22-24, 26 & 27th in the Codroy valley area! This time also I will be doing a crystal bowl sound healing session one evening!

I will be in Burgeo August 15 & 16th for reflexology sessions.

On Friday the 15th at 7pm, I will be offering another crystal bowl sound healing session. For those who already messaged I have you down on the list!! If anyone else is interested please let me know.

I will be in BURGEO August 15&16th/2025 for reflexology sessions and am willing to do another sound healing session out there if there is enough interest to book a space. I am collecting names currently who are interested.

If you want to be added to the list please Message me. You will need a yoga mat, blankets and pillows for comfort etc.

The HELP Committee is sponsoring a Sound Healing Event, hosted by Nicole Lacosta Benoit. Please read the attached poster to see the benefits of sound healing!
This event will take place, Friday June 13th, 6:30pm in the school gym. It is free of charge and we have 25 spots available. Please contact Wanda Blagdon at 886-1550 to reserve your spot. Only one reservation per person and you must contact Wanda by phone to reserve your spot. Comments underneath this post will NOT be counted.
You will need to bring a pillow, blanket and mat (if you have one), we do have some at the school!
