PWLST Residents always look forward to seeing the littles at our Oaks and Acorns program with Stettler and Area Family Resource Network!! We love watching them play, learn and grow!

Intergenerational programs help us connect with our younger selves while the children show us to focus on the moment and be creative. It helps to build a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where kindness and a smile go a long way!! It also challenges us to be creative and imagine!

We are very honoured to host this group in our community monthly on the first Thursday of the month!! Looking forward to seeing everyone out after a summer apart!!

Is there any better way to fill your love-cup after the long weekend than joining us at on Tuesday, Sept 2? ♥️

Our Oaks & Acorns program is possibly the most precious program that we run. Come for some intergenerational fun! Let’s create meaningful interactions between our kiddos and our local seniors 🥺🫶

Points West Living Stettler Residents spent some time over the past few weeks at Spirit's Respite Ranch. Smiles were had, pets were given, and treats were shared!! We had a fabulous time creating memories that last forever!

Thank you to Janelle and her wonderful crew for hosting us and welcoming us to the ranch!! We enjoyed the visit and time spent at the ranch!! What an amazing way to wrap up the summer!!

On rainy days like today, PWLST Residents and Care Partners miss the beautiful opportunity to go for a morning walk in the sunshine. We are so thankful for our beautiful community of Stettler and the opportunity to live beside our wonderful West Stettler Park and pond. The pathways provide a full loop from our building to discover the scenery and wonderful wildlife that reside there.

Personal Touch Fashions Boutique is coming to PWLST tomorrow afternoon from 2pm to 4pm.

Personal Touch Fashion is a travelling clothing boutique with clothes and jewelry available for purchase. Clothing stock is mainly women's clothing with a few men's racks available.

Stop by the Main Dining Room tomorrow to see what is lining the racks this season!!

Elvis, our slithery rock snake has snakily slithered back into our PWLST garden this summer and is always looking to grow!! Join our summer fun by adding painted rocks to the back of Elvis and watch him stretch!! We cannot wait to see your creativity!!!

Feel free to add rocks yourself in the back courtyard or drop them off at reception or recreation to add for you!

PWLST is hosting a live/in-person Dementia Talks session hosted by The Alzheimer's Society of AB. Join us to learn more about the process of Dementia and strategies to use when interacting with someone with Dementia.

The Event is open to all individuals (residents, families, friends, care partners, and Stettler Community Members).

Session starts at 6pm in the PWLST Main Dining Room.

Thank you so much to Stettler Family & Community Support Services and Moonlight Bakery for making yummy cupcakes for our residents for celebrate Seniors Week!! They were delicious and put smiles on all of our faces!

Seniors Week is a national celebration from June 2nd to June 8th to celebrate our seniors and their contributions to our communities! What are you doing to celebrate?

Kicking off Seniors week with a special delivery of delicious cupcakes to all of the lodges today, made with love by Moonlight Bakery! We are also getting ready for Wednesdays lunch at the Legion Hall from 11:00am-2:00pm. We hope to see you all there 😁

PWLST Residents got some extra special cuddles today from puppies at Saving Grace Animal Society ! They were so cute, calm and cuddly!! Domino, Uno, Crib, and Monopoly are up for adoption now!! Check them out at the Saving Grace page!!
