Hi, I’m Jen!

I am just popping on here quick to reintroduce myself…

I have been a Massage Therapist for 2.5 years. Previous to this, I was a Heath Care Aide in long term care for just over a decade. However, it was time for a change and with this career I have found the same sense of fulfilment!

Outside of work, I try to soak up as much sunshine as I can. Golf, bike rides, the beach… mostly summer sports because I suck at winter ones! Also a huge bonus if it involves mountain hikes or paddle boards!

I also love to bake! Currently I am trying out the sourdough fad. It’s actually not too bad when you remember to feed it! Today I made pizza bombs (essentially pizza pockets)!

At the end of the day, I am just a 90’s kid that still enjoys the Flintstones (thanks to teletoon retro), crimped hair, scrunchies, glittery 4-wheeled rollerskates, and playing any type of Mario on the Nintendo!

Restock: foot massage cream!

I like this brand the most because of their consistency. It absorbs nicely without feeling slimy, leaving them soft after a good foot rub!

The light scents are nice too! (The yellow smells like lemon meringue pie! Yum!)

For anyone affected by scents, don’t worry, my massage gel for treatments are ALWAYS hypoallergenic and non-scented!

It’s been just over two years since I started, and none of this would be possible without the support from all of my amazing clients!

I just wanted to share some of the positive comments that clients have said through the rating email that is linked with the booking system. This feedback is completely voluntary and remains anonymous!

Some adjustments have been made with the help of feedback…
- black out curtains to lower the lighting, which clients can feel free to adjust to their liking
- essential oils that can be added to the water during hot stone treatments for aromatherapy

Today I decided to make a few upgrades…

The rug is now thicker and softer than the previous one, also one piece!

There is a 3" memory foam topper added to the massage table and face cradle, to add a little more support and comfort.

I have also added black out curtains!

As you can probably tell by the pictures, my room usually hosts ALOT of natural daylight. Now that it’s summer, that means more hours of sunlight, so I have made it an option to have a dimmer amount of light during sessions.

If you enjoy the natural light, you are welcome to keep the curtains open and adjust the blinds to your desired lighting. (The glass has a privacy film)
