💡 Tips for tapping with kids:
• Practice BEFORE HAND and together, because we know it's tough to get them back in big feelings moments
• Let them choose the feeling word (mad, sad, scared)
• Keep it playful—tap on a stuffy or together
• No pressure to “be happy”—just allow the feeling
• Use soft words like “maybe” and “it’s okay”
• Let them even watch you tap for yourself and make it a normal thing.
