Join us THIS Monday Dec 1 at 2pm up stairs in the rec centre!! We have lots of room to move and elevator access!

Often when I post about my biz I say “we” and this is why. ❤️
Cause this man has my back…and my front….and my brain…and anything else I missed.

He personally built my very first yoga space from the flooring to the ceiling tiles! 🔨

When I was pregnant, he would wonder around the grocery store on his cell phone and literally just name the things on the shelf until I landed on something that didn’t make me 🤮 so I could eat before I taught classes.

He has personally delivered one kajillion teas to the studio. 🫖

He has produced EVERY SINGLE video I have ever made for my online subscription (and that’s over 500!!) 💻

He has shared an office with me and let me abruptly interrupt him at least 29384 times in 8 years and never snapped. 🫨🤣

He is just my favourite person out of all of them. ❤️
I am so glad that the Alicia Tate Yoga “we” is with you Klay Tate. 😊

After several years doing what I do I am still thrilled that my profession involves wearing sweats and leggings.
I like to think I am a blazer person but I know if I am honest I am a sweatshirt person.
Meh, whatcha gonna do 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😂
Also, enjoying my grandpa era with the supportive shoes and black socks!!

Fun fact: I take private clients. It’s kinda a big deal when you get to take care of yourself at the pace you want with the person you want in the style you want. It’s like finding the perfect pair of jeans. 👖. What looks great on you may look RIDICULOUS on me. I’m looking at you Old Navy.
So, when we work privately together we get to work on all the things that work best for you!!! This can be based on yoga and somatics, which means we can help you feel better and stronger and more balanced in your body and your life! DM for more details.
