What if anxiety isn’t the problem… but the solution?
Coherence therapy suggests that symptoms like anxiety actually make sense when you understand them in context. They’re not random or broken-they’re trying to help.
Anxiety might be solving something like:
• keeping you prepared
• protecting you from failure or rejection
• giving you a sense of control when things feel uncertain
So instead of asking, “How do I get rid of this?”
We get curious: “What is this helping me do?”
Because when you understand the purpose of the pattern, real change becomes possible.
