Happy New Year! Starting the year with a journal to keep me accountable and consistent.

How are you choosing to nourish yourself ?
You don’t have to do it all at once. Adding in good healthy habits doesn’t have to be all or nothing. You can be human and humble in your journey knowing you can fall down and start again. Give yourself grace. It’s all growth. It’s ok to start again. Even if you don’t have a map of where you’re headed.

Let them is a powerful message, really releasing judgement and shame around the expectations we hold for ourselves as we try our best to heal and change our deep seeded programming from this life or the last. Surrender to what is. Allow.

What in this here and now serves our highest and greatest good.
It’s ok to fall and stumble even crawl as long as we keep going and trying to be a better version of ourselves while we break through the barriers that keep us away from truly remembering who we are and what we are purpose is. So let them be disappointed but don’t let it affect your light and your sharing of it.
