U-Nique-U Centre

U-Nique-U Centre U-Nique-U Centre provides educational and counselling services as unique as you are - including options to have horses as part of your therapeutic team.

U-Nique-U Centre is a new to the area Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Equine Assisted Learning service provider (and other services to come). We utilize the EAGALA model for EAP/EAL and our therapeutic team is EAGALA certified, with a Mental Health professional (Lana Caldwell, MEd., LS/AT Specialist, Registered Psychologist, EMDR Trained) and an Equine Specialist (Abe Caldwell). We work in coordination with other certified EAGALA members and will be branching out quickly to provide sessions regarding a number of different needs. We are currently taking messages regarding particular issues/areas of interest for sessions, feel free to contact us with your contact info and comments. At the moment our area of focus will be working with at-risk youth, social skills development, personal learning and development, professional development, team building, parenting, coping skills etc. Stay tuned!

Ok - awesome potential here we may have enough people and a place to try to get a training in Alberta again! Who else is out there and interested? Either recert and/or first time training (fundamentals training). If we have enough interest I can let the powers that be know and we can start planning.

EAGALA.org mental health therapists, counsellors, social workers etc and equine folks interested in utilizing this amazing model to help people heal and learn. I love working in this model and modality with clients. It’s an amazing process.
