Breathe with me 🧘‍♀️

The mind is said to ride on the waves of the breath so as we slow the breath and focus on e slow the mind and in doing so help to calm the nervous system.

This can be done anywhere (I suggest sticking post it notes, in the dashboard of the car, the computer, the mirror)

Little reminders help to make the habit of connecting with your body and breath which will help anchor you in the present moment.

CAUTION ⚠️ may promote feels of relaxation and help you to see the insanity of the world and choose to come back to the breath more often.

You are the Miracle is the result of a dream I had as a little girl to help change the world. Yeah its a lofty idea I know but I believe that the things we focus on and beliefs we make help to shape our reality, our life, and in result the world that we live in. We can do anything that we desire if we are willing to put in the work but first we must believe in ourselves.

​I found yoga as a hairstylist trying to cope with postural issues and back pain and I almost instantly fell in love. Yes, there may be a time you hate it, that you doubt yourself, but trust me this will pass and you will feel better in your body as a result. Yoga postures help your body to move and release tension and sometimes that doesn't feel great, not painful but you do have to stay with it, chances are you didn't getting feeling this way over night. Then as I developed my practice; the mindset and healing practices of breath began to bring it all together and I was hooked.

Since my yoga teacher training in 2011 I have gone on to practice Reiki, Thai Therapy Massage and spent countless hours learning more about the body, its subtle energies and personal growth to understand how our perspective can change our reality.
