rtified with the Yoga Alliance, showing client's beneficial stretches and strength/mobility training to aid in recovery and maintenance. Focused on getting results and benefiting client's health. Currently completing the college program for Orthotherapy. Orthotherapy is a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to relieve muscle pains and restore the balance within the body. Orthotherapy is a combination of massage, kinesitherapy (joint mobilization), exercise therapy, postural reeducation, and nutrition.

*Willing to work outside of office hours for emergency services.
*Willing to provide mobile services for those who can not travel due to

It's always difficult for me to explain to people what I do, so I've decided to just say, 'I change lives.' I definitely have a different approach. I work with authenticity. To attempt to tell you, I do myofascia release, isometrics, mobilization, soft tissue manipulations, traction, and/or take into account stress levels, emotion, trauma, and fascial armouring. Most people don't care or understand; they just want to get better. But you're here to learn, because if you don't learn, how are you going to make these things better? Posture, awareness, being consistent, and calming your nervous system. I don't have to teach you these things; I do because I want to see you get better.

What I offer is change… change your life of pain. Addressing your posture, alignment and biomechanics. You don’t have to live here anymore. I hear it all the time I thought I was stuck like this or It’s been bad for 10-20 years.
What I offer isn’t easy and it’s not the quick fix, though I do get fast results. I’m the real help you’ve been seeking. no bs no fluff all genuine professional care. when you meet me you can tell that I love what I do and want to help you. I get a big reward everytime I see my clients get better,move better feel better breath better. Seeing that face of disbelief is one of the best feelings ever.
