💨 Box Breathing – Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. Repeat 4 times to center your breath and calm your mind.

👁️ 5-4-3-2-1 Sensory Scan – Name:

5 things you can see

4 things you can touch

3 things you can hear

2 things you can smell

1 thing you can taste

💧 Cold Water Splash or Ice Cube Hold – Shock your system gently into the present. Try running cold water over your hands or holding an ice cube.

🧘‍♀️ Body Scan Reset – Close your eyes and bring awareness to your body from head to toe. Notice where you're holding tension, breathe into it, and release.
