Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there. My son and I spent the weekend getting supplies and making some cedar planter boxes. He also surprised me this morning with a new mug! Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my latest reads with you. As a massage therapist, I work with my clients to aid in healing the body. Stress in the mind can also be a culprit in the creation of the ailments our bodies endure. Some of our musculoskeletal pains can’t be avoided. They are created by our professions and by our lifestyles. Just by existing, we are subjected to pain in some form or another and not a single person on earth can live their lives without experiencing it. Everything in the body is connected, all life as we know it, everything is connected. To become more than what we are, we must master this concept. Free ourselves from fear and become more than what the world would make us believe we are. In my own personal journey towards wholeness between my body and my mind. These books have been extremely useful guides. I highly recommend them all.

Got the second sign up today! I want to give thanks to the members of my family who helped me to make this happen. My dad who brought it to the Heather Cox Signs in Pembroke (fantastic prices) to get the new logo printed, to my mom who picked it up from there, and finally to my mom’s fiancée who brought it to Gatineau for me today. Free loft guided meditation classes starting in May! Hello Everyone! Ma Place de Massage is excited to announce that we will be hosting FREE group meditation classes throughout the summer! Classes will run every Tuesday and every second Saturday. The first class will begin Tuesday May 13th from 6-7PM. The session will be 45 mins starting at 6:15. Life can be a struggle and going it alone is never the solution. Ma Place de Massage wants to take part to support and grow our sense of community. So we can build strength together. If you’re feeling stressed, depressed, anxious or wake up dreading the day ahead. Mediation may be the solution you need to aid in your personal growth and recovery. All you are required to bring is either a yoga mat, a cushion or a blanket to make yourself comfortable. We have 20 spots available. If you’re interested in attending please DM Ma Place de Massage and we will register you for the first class. We look forward to hearing from you.
