Each of us have continued to study in our field to bring unique and advanced techniques in bodywork to Stittsville. Our therapists work together enabling our clients to choose who they see and when they want to come in. We are involved with local

charities and give back to our community throughout the year. We are now open 7 days a week and have the easiest online booking available, so you can book just 15 minutes prior to your appointment! Rose officially received her certificate as a STOTT PILATES REFORMER TEACHER and is looking forward to introducing you to Martini and Stud our Studio 56 Elite Merrithew Reformers. Studio 56 is a private/semi-private reformer studio, located at 5656 Martin Street North in Almonte. We're offering 14 days to LOVE the reformer for $33 per person! Come alone, or with someone you love and fall in love with Studio 56 Pilates from February 9-23rd!
And we're passing on the love to the Lanark County Food Bank! For every pre-booked session (booked by Feb.23) for March 1-14 we will donate $14 to the Lanark County Food Bank!
