We feel incredibly fortunate to have spent time with Collinda Joseph at the Stittsville Business Association After 5 Exchange on Thursday— what an inspiring evening!

As a Paralympic gold medalist in wheelchair curling from the 2026 Milano Games, Collinda’s achievements on the ice are nothing short of extraordinary. But what truly stood out was her dedication beyond sport.

Collinda is also a passionate advocate working to improve accessibility standards and create more inclusive spaces for all. Her story, resilience, and commitment left a lasting impression on everyone in the room.

Last night, our hospitality team had an amazing time sharpening their skills during our specialty drink training! 🍹✨

Hosted by Rachelle, the session was full of creativity, learning, and of course—delicious sips. Our team is now fully prepped and excited to bring you a lineup of fresh, flavourful drinks as part of our new menu.

Our Healthy Aging Expo this past Saturday was an incredible success!

With 31 amazing local vendors—including social groups, wellness services, and businesses focused on healthy aging—it was a true celebration of everything that supports vibrant, active living.

As always, our team went above and beyond to bring this event to life, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for everyone who joined us.

We’re so proud to be part of the Stittsville community. The people, services, and local businesses here are a big part of what makes Wellings so special—and events like this are a wonderful reminder of the strength and connection we share.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating Jack’s 94th birthday at Wellings—beautifully organized by his incredible wife, Pat. 💐

Our amazing team truly went above and beyond, gathering together to sing, share smiles, and present Jack with a special birthday cake to mark the occasion.

Moments like these are what make our community so special. It’s not just about celebrating milestones—it’s about celebrating people, connection, and creating memories that matter.

Looks like Judy—the undisputed Queen of Puzzles—may have finally met her match! 👑🧩

After conquering countless challenges with ease, she’s now taking on what might just be the world’s hardest puzzle… and this one is double-sided 😲 Talk about next-level difficulty! The pieces are tricky, the edges are elusive, and with no clear “right side,” even Judy has had to pause and say, “Okay… this one’s a challenge!”

But if anyone can crack it, it’s her. We’re all watching (and maybe placing a few friendly bets!) as she works her magic one piece at a time. Stay tuned… will Judy claim another victory, or has she truly met her match? 😄
