We are currently seeking a Part time Receptionist/Physio Aide for our Gillam Clinic.
You will be flow up on Monday morning and flown back Tuesday afternoon/evening.
Flight, accommodations and meals are included.
Note for Gillam Trips you are compensated at time a half – further details and information can be provided to interested candidates.
There is the potential to pick up more shifts at our other clinics within the inMotion Network for holiday coverage etc. Training to be done at Quarry Physiotherapy in Stonewall and/or Creekside Physiotherapy 633 Lodge Ave Winnipeg MB.
Experience is an asset, but we’re more interested in the right attitude.
If you have a strong work ethic, are trustworthy, eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and work well with others — we’re willing to train you!

Computer programs and office equipment used: • Microsoft Office Word and Excel • E-mail • Fax/Scanner/Photocopier • Debit/credit Machine
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Preparation of equipment at the therapist’s request • Managing front reception, answering phones • Responsible for in house laundry and the general tidiness of the clinic • Booking, confirming, and changing client appointments • Assist the patient with the account payments and account inquiries • Submitting to online insurance portals • Updating client files and information as required.
