We’re excited to invite you to a new weekly stretching class specifically designed for individuals living with neurological conditions. On Thursdays, these sessions aim to support neuromuscular function by helping maintain flexibility, improve functional mobility, and enhance overall well-being.

Classes will be held every Thursday evening, and space is limited—registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you’re interested, simply reach out to reserve your spot or ask any questions you may have. We look forward to supporting your neurological wellness through guided movement and therapeutic exercise.

I had a great time taking the Aqua Stretch course with Heidi lacasse ( Active In-Home Physiotherapy ), and taught by the incredible instructor Connie Jasinskas from For the Love of Fit

Aqua stretch is a technique used in the water that helps restore flexibility, decreases muscle soreness, and helps with chronic pain. It uses the special properties of the water to promote stretch and healing.
