GRIEF (or a feeling of sadness…oh hello 👋🏻) Sipping my morning coffee and reflecting 🧠

Sometimes old grief creeps up. I woke up this am in a slight panic. Why? I dreamt of my dad and the odd thing is I haven’t “seen” him in over a year.

Do you ever get that? Where you think you’ve healed that piece of you and then you dream of a loved one and BANG- that feeling of sadness comes back, the flood gates open and it feels like you lost them just yesterday?

It’s normal. It’s OK to still feel it. It’s been 16 years for me and here I am feelin’ the feels like it was yesterday. But it’s a great feeling too because it shows he’s still very much alive.

It’s like a small reminder of their role in your life, their love for you and that they haven’t really gone anywhere.

I’ll be taking a few doses of homeopathic Natrum Muriaticum today and for the next few days to help heal my body and ease my nervous system as I process this. It’s a great remedy for OLD grief that pops up and gives you the feels. F**k I love natural medicine.

🍂 TIME TO CLEAN IT ⬆️…

Ah yes- the temperatures start to drop, the kids are back in school and now we are left with the after math from a summer of BBQ, alcohol, treats and fun!

While there’s nothing wrong with that our bodies definitely take a hit. As the season changes it’s time to start thinking about how you’re going to rev the immune system 🦠 and prepare for flu season 🙃
