Hi, I’m Krista Evely, a certified Life Coach and Mental Wellness Educator.
I help women of all ages pause, process, and rebuild. Whether you’re a teenager feeling emotionally overwhelmed, a mom running on empty, or a woman in transition—this space is for you.

I bring years of experience as a facilitator, coach, and educator into every session. My approach blends practical tools with deep listening so you feel safe, seen, and supported.

This is not therapy. It’s heart-centered, forward-moving coaching to help you reconnect to your core and move forward on your terms.

🌿 Therapy on the Go: 1:1 Community-based mobile therapy sessions for youth. 🌿

Is your child or teen struggling with anxiety, low confidence, emotional regulation, or feeling misunderstood?

Sometimes, sitting in an office just doesn’t work. That’s why I offer Therapy on the Go—outdoor, movement-based 1:1 sessions for youth aged 10–21, designed to meet them where they’re most comfortable: out in the community.

Together, we walk, explore, talk, reflect, or just be—while building trust, processing emotions, and learning healthy coping strategies.

🧠 Focus areas may include:
✔️ Anxiety or ADHD support.
✔️ Grief, transitions & life changes.
✔️ Emotional regulation & confidence.
✔️ Friendships & boundaries.
✔️ Self-expression through nature, movement, and art.

👣 Sessions are 2–4 hours, customized to your child’s needs.

💰 $45/hour.

Krista is a certified Life and Wellness Coach Practitioner with an exceptional variety of talents, life experiences and academic abilities that assist in the guidance and positive growth of others.

Krista has a unique background in Mental Health and Wellness Support, Art Expression, Education, Social Service Work and Developmental Studies. Prior to founding The Alternative Elephant Wellness Group Krista practiced in the professional role of Child and Youth Worker and Educational Assistant supporting individuals with unique abilities within the public and catholic school boards, group homes, respite and private care settings. Krista is passionate about guiding others to heal, grow and develop, naturally, from the inside – out.

Krista, specializes in supporting youth and teens who experience challenges with Social Interaction, Gender Identity, Developmental Disability, Learning Disability, Grief, Depression, Anxiety and other unique life challenges.
