We are pleased to announce that Ryan Smith will be joining our team next week!
Ryan is a Registered Massage Therapist and also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education in 2017 from Brock University. His focus in Massage Therapy is to educate patients on health and fitness and allow them a pain-free living so they may continue doing the things they love, be that sports or otherwise. Treatment wise he is therapeutic, focusing on trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching, active release therapy, as well as postural analysis and the correction of postural imbalances.

The office is open to book appointments as usual with the Chiropractors. One of the massage therapists (Paulina) has returned but with limited openings. She will be opening up more spots in the near future. Appointments are open to all patients. Call to book 905-662-5604.

The other massage therapist (Marissa) and our naturopath (Dr. Frosina) have not yet returned to the office.

We really appreciate that you wear a mask when you visit our office but every day we see a lot of people who aren't wearing them properly. Here are some tips to wearing a mask correctly. You should also avoid bringing drinks to the office for everyone's safety. You can't wear a mask when you're sipping your Timmies 🙂 You should also keep your mask on during your entire visit to our office including in the treatment rooms to avoid contamination. By working together we can beat Covid! Thank you.

Massage Therapy will re-open on Monday June 15th. Spots are very limited and as per the Association guidelines "priority patients" will be booked first. Paulina will be returning first and Marissa will be coming back at a later date. Feel free to call or email us and we'll add your name to our list. Please be aware that it is MANDATORY that all massage patients wear a mask for the duration of their treatment. Unfortunately, if you do not have a mask, the RMT will not be able to provide your treatment.

REVISED GUIDELINES - ALL PATIENTS MUST NOW WEAR FACE COVERING FOR THE DURATION OF THEIR VISIT TO OUR OFFICE

We're re-opening tomorrow (Mon. June 1). Please keep the following in mind.

-If you aren't feeling well, even with a cold, do not come to the office.

- When you enter the office and when you're leaving, please wash/disinfect your hands.

- Wear a mask if possible.

- Try to maintain your distance from staff and other patients and stay back from the front desk.

- For your safety, we recommend that you do not bring food or beverages into the office.

- Please arrive alone for your appointment unless you need assistance. We have to limit the number of people in our office.

- We are trying to adhere to a strict schedule so please arrive promptly at your scheduled time.

- Please pay with debit or credit if possible (avoid cash).

Our office will be opening again on Mon. June 1. Only the chiropractors will be open at this point. The Massage Therapists and Naturopath will be open shortly. All of the staff have NEW SCHEDULES.

The Provincial government has just released Phase 1 for re-opening and chiropractic is NOT on that list so we will have to remain closed and see what happens in Phase 2. Remember that both Chiropractors are on call for urgent/emergency cases. You can call them directly and arrange that. Their numbers are listed on here and also available on our answering machine message.

As the number of Covid-19 cases in Ontario continues to drop, we're hoping that our chiropractic services will soon be open. Watch here for updates.
There will definitely be some changes in the Doctors' schedules and how many patients we can see in a day. We will have to follow strict guidelines from the government and our association. We miss you and look forward to seeing you soon. Don't forget that both Doctors are on call for emergency and acute visits.
