Tension, headaches, Reiki ASMR
To be clear, I don’t whisper like this when I’m doing a Reiki or Integrated Energy Therapy®️ session on a client 😂 I only do this for videos. Spirit has asked me to go out of my comfort zone and make some healing ASMR videos to help and reach more people, so I listen 🥰💜 I have had a few clients ask me to talk throughout the session and tell them what I’m finding as I go through the session and I can absolutely do that, but I will only if asked.
