Reiki is a gentle yet powerful way to reset your nervous system, release stagnant energy, and come back into alignment with yourself.

During a session you may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, warmth through the body, or simply a sense of peace and clarity. Every session is unique and guided by what your body and energy need most.

I’ve always been someone who could connect easily with others.

I moved between friend groups, accepted people as they were, and learned how to belong in many different spaces.

What I didn’t know how to do was belong to myself.

For a long time, I conformed myself to the people and environments I was in — trying to feel safe, seen, and enough.

From 13 to 21, I coped through alcohol, drugs & codependency.

Getting sober changed everything.
It was the beginning of learning who I actually was underneath survival and adaptation.

My healing journey has been about unlearning self-abandonment and building safety within myself.

The spaces I hold today are rooted in that experience.

You don’t have to perform, shrink, or shape-shift here.

You get to arrive exactly as you are.

The holidays can bring many emotions — joy, grief, overwhelm, or the desire to retreat inward.

While I don’t celebrate Christmas, I choose to keep my practice open as a soft, grounding space for those who may need care during this time.
