This plant was just new 18 months ago, look how it has grown in the right environment.

Our healing unfolds most fully in a space of safety and presence, with someone who recognizes and nurtures the wholeness of the experience.

With the right guidance, we can release what no longer serves us.

We can allow the old to fall away, making space for the new to emerge and grow strong.

Our body, mind, and spirit can become balanced and resilient.

Real transformation is possible and can be this beautiful!

One of the most special parts of my work as a massage therapist is supporting children. Our littles feel stress too, and massage helps them feel safe, calm, and connected to their bodies.

Consent is always the foundation. I explain what I’ll do, ask permission, and remind them they can say no or stop at any time. It’s all about teaching positive touch and respecting their boundaries.

Seeing them excited to come back warms my heart because it means they felt safe during the session. Many of my littles now ask to be booked in without a reminder, whether things feel overwhelming or they just want a cozy massage.

Massage can help kids with stress, sleep, body awareness, and emotional regulation.

A big thank you to the parents who bring their children in and trust me to care for them. It’s truly a privilege to support their health, confidence, and well-being.

Treestone Massage celebrates 9 years this January. And what a busy start to the new year it has been. Thats’s also, why this post is a little late!

I am where I am today because I listened to a quiet nudge from deep within. I didn’t overthink it… let me be totally honest, I don’t think I even thought about it! I just jumped in, trusted the universe and took control over my future and opened my first massage therapy clinic with the help of my husband, Jason. That was 9 years ago!

My dream was to be able to offer my clients a deeply personalized self-care intuitive massage experience and here I am, completely stepping into myself. It hasn’t always been easy but it’s been worth every hurdle.

So grateful for the clients who have been with me for years and for those who are just beginning their journey with me. I couldn’t have come this far without you.

I’m thrilled to share Treestone’s new logo with you all!

The name “Treestone” was chosen to reflect our deep connection to nature. Just like a tree, our roots are often unseen, but when we nurture and care for them, our growth – like the branches and leaves – can truly flourish in abundance. 🌳✨

The horse in the logo is more than just a symbol – it’s a living manifestation of the energy I’m bringing into my practice. Horses have long been known as powerful guides, their wisdom rooted in ancient instinct and deep connection to the earth. By adding the horse to my logo, I’m honoring their role in helping us reconnect with our own strength, healing, and intuition.

This addition marks the beginning of my new journey with horse medicine, a profound experience I’ll be offering soon to guide you toward healing and transformation.

It’s a reminder that the foundation we build within ourselves is what allows us to reach our full potential.

The Universe has a plan for us. The more I fought it, the more I realized the power of simply listening. That’s when the magic started to unfold and it’s going to be better than I ever could have imagined!

A few years ago, I found myself in a challenging place. I had stepped away from my massage practice to help my husband with his business, and soon I felt overwhelmed by it all. It was during this difficult time that a beautiful, unexpected gift arrived in my life—my first horse, Nugget. She came into my life at exactly the right moment, teaching me invaluable lessons about myself, inviting me to dig deeper into my own soul, to heal, and to grow. She supported me without fear of being judged. And I found great peace with her.

At the end of last year, I had a strong pull to invest in myself, to continue growing, and to learn something new.
Last March, the foundation was laid when we moved to our acreage and this year, I’m following my heart and going to start partnering up with my horses in a way that feels deeply aligned with my true purpose.

Thanks to a nudge from my rescue horse Woody, I explored opportunities to expand my knowledge with horses, and I found Hillary’s horse medicine leadership program. After doing my research, I realized this program was unique—it would allow Woody and my other rescue horses to be true partners in this work, not just tools. Their pasts, their stories, wouldn’t be a burden but a part of their healing process and their powerful contribution to others.

I am beyond excited to share that I began my Equine Guided Facilitator Certification this January. Over the next year, I’ll be dedicating, my free time to learning everything I can about horse medicine and how to best bring it to you.
Intuitive massage and horse medicine are both ways to heal that feel deeply personal and connect you to your true self.
I truly believe there’s no better way to nourish your spirit than through a combination of intuitive massage and the healing power of horse medicine.

This is the start of something special, and I’d love for you to join me on this new journey.
