Breeze Wellness Loft is turning TWO!! ✨
It feels like just yesterday we were dreaming up this space. This little loft has been such a joy and a labour of love. In the early days, my husband and I would take turns in the evenings—after putting the kids to bed—heading over for our “night shifts” of painting. Our village showed up in every way—helping with the kids, picking up paintbrushes, and cheering us on. We honestly couldn’t have done it without all of you. ❤️
A massive shoutout to Brett at for bringing our vision to life with care and attention to detail.
And to my incredibly talented sister .by.t who turned my wild ideas into something truly magical.
One of my favourite memories? Just a few days before opening, my brother-in-laws and father-in-law and husband rolled up their sleeves and pulled a full 8-hour shift—building desks, changing light fixtures, swapping doorknobs, and hanging hooks. Total lifesavers.
And now here we are—two years later—it’s still just Erika and I, who’ve been here since day one. Her love, dedication, and energy helps shape this space's heart. I’m endlessly grateful for her and everything she brings to Breeze.
I’m also so proud of the growing community of people who have come through these doors—whether to put on an event, receive care, or just feel seen and supported. The energy in this loft is special, and it’s all because of the people who continue to show up with so much heart.
Two years down, and we’re just getting started. Here’s to many more! ✨❤️
