You want to give your body the support it’s asking for, but you don’t know how to fit it into your budget.
I get it.
Funds are not infinite.
Here are a few ways you can work your wellness into your budget without adding more stress:
Skip the coffee line and make a “to-go” coffee at home.
(We have a yummy coffee line with adaptogens that support your body and your energy.)
Skip the takeout line and pack a lunch, pre-plan dinners with wholesome, nutritious foods. This doesn’t mean you never eat out again — just plan those outings intentionally and let them become a treat again instead of the norm.
Use up what you already have at home instead of constantly buying new things:
• The 10 half-full shampoos etc
• Duplicate condiments and pantry items that can be combined and used up
• Meat and veggies in the freezer slowly trending toward freezer burn
• The 43 throw blankets 🤷♀️ — move them around for a refreshed look, you don’t need another one 😉
There’s often a lot of waste in our homes that’s costing us money and adding to our mental load.
Have a short distance to go? Walk instead of drive.
You’ll get your steps in and save a few dollars on fuel. Most of us are trying hard to fit movement into our day — this is a simple, intentional way to do it.
Subscriptions — everything seems to be a subscription these days. Taking a few minutes to review them and cancel what you don’t use can free up more money than you realize. Alternatively maybe a subscription will save you money ~ review your habits and adjust to what makes sense!
Create a meal plan, a shopping list, shopping once weekly, and using online grocery ordering can help avoid impulse buys or daily store runs. Those little trips add up quickly.
Shift your spending from outside-in to inside-out.
You don’t have to give up all beauty treatments, but real change starts when you nourish your body from the inside out. You might find those skin treatments really pop when you are nourished at a cellular level😘
Personally, I’ve created space in my own budget by moving money from takeout, fast food, coffee stops, and restaurants and redistributing it toward herbs, adaptogens, and supplements and wellness.
No more corner store visits.
No more coffee shop stops (except when I’m meeting a friend and actually visiting).
No more rogue grocery store runs or buying just because.
I now order most of my supplements, skin and body care, and household cleaners from clean companies where I earn reward dollars toward free products — yes, you get paid to shop 🤯
This approach has supported my budget, helped bring healthier products into our home, and reduced the mental fatigue of constantly deciding what to buy and where.
One year of intentional focus on your wellness and your budget can truly shift your life.
If this feels doable for you, I invite you to book a quantum scan so we can see what your body is asking for and create a plan that fits your life and your budget!
