This Swim School is NEW and opened up in Stony Plain. They do Swim Lessons, Age-Group, Pre-School, Toddler, Infant and Adult Swim lessons. I've been to their facility and was pretty WOWED. The trainers have many years of experience and they also train competitive swimmers. I love the unique programs for infants, toddlers, and pre-schoolers to get them really comfortable in the water. Wish I'd lived here when raising MY babies. I know the couple personally and I can really recommend their facility. They live and breathe teaching this.

I specialize in Orthopedic Massage for Injuries and Pain Management & Corrective Therapies. My job is to get to the root of the problem and provide appropriate treatment so that you no longer need therapy, or very seldom need to return. The focus during the session is on the chief complaint. The whole body is NOT treated. It does a frozen shoulder or whiplash no benefit to treat fingers or toes. The entire session is focused ONLY on the structures involved in the complaint to alleviate pain or discomfort and to restore functionality so you can just get back to LIFE without having to constantly go for treatment or therapy. Well I'm on week #3 now without a rental since my truck was wrote off. Apparently I should be able to pick up my new vechicle next week once the second insurance company gets their part of the money to the dealership, which should be next Wednesday. I am told. We'll see. I've been dealing with TWO insurance companies and one was dependent on the work and processing of the other in order to get their end done, so its been a very LONG process, especially if someone drops the ball. A LOT of back and forth communications and followups. I lost the rental over two weeks ago and managed to find myself another ride in the meantime, Thank GOD. I'll have this til I get my new vehicle next week. Gonna be fun taking it into Edmonton to pick up my new Jeep!!! I've gone Amish!!

Specializing in Orthopedic & Corrective Therapeutic Massage for 30 YEARS, utilising Orthopedic & Deep Tissue Massage, Target Massage, Swedish Massage, Spinal Alignment Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Active Release Therapy, Joint Play Therapy, Plum Line Work, and other medical based treatments. DIRECT BILLING for most common insurance companies. The goal is always to make you well enough you don’t need me anymore or very infrequently and that is accomplished in very few sessions, usually 1-3 for most problems and 3-5 for severe cases. The session focuses on the complaint area only, not the whole body. This enables the session to be thorough and focused, not wasting time on unrelated structures. I don’t treat your feet and try to convince you it will make your frozen shoulder better, in other words. I give full focus to the structures involved in your complaint so that they are completely treated, reduced and relieved!
