Please welcome one of our newest practitioners to the team here at Empower Health Boutique — Sarah Fell

Sarah is a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist and Prenatal Educator. With 15 years of experience in perinatal nursing, as well as maternal and child health, she also draws on her personal experience as a mom of two. She offers a variety of psychotherapy and counselling services, including pregnancy support, fourth trimester wellness, postpartum planning, as well as individual or couples counselling.

If you find yourself grappling with pregnancy related mental health struggles, postpartum mood and anxiety challenges, or ‘early years’ stress and overwhelm, you are not alone. You’ve come to the right place for support.

Sarah’s passion includes helping clients discover actionable self care strategies to support their own mental health and well-being. Because after all, self-care is healthcare!
