Summer Chakra Series – The Steady Light Within: Root to Crown Meditation in Times of Change

Join me for an 8-week journey through the chakra system that combines Yantra (sacred symbols), Bija mantras (seed sounds), breath, and stillness to awaken, balance, and stabilize the energy body. Starts this Thursday!
