Our Community Health Clinics (CHC) located in Stouffville and Uxbridge provide care for individuals with urgent, non-life-threatening conditions.

Dear Patients

We have wonderful news! Dr Flor Fakour has joined our group and she will be taking over Dr Trinh’s roster. Dr Flor is an experienced female doctor who was previously a general surgeon. She will be starting on the main floor October 1 and transition into our group over the next 3 months. She will be working on Tuesdays and Fridays from 830 to 230 on a drop in basis. No appointment is necessary. She will not be working October 21,24 and November 18. After December 1, she will have bookings by appointment.
