If there is one thing I have noticed about talking mindfulness all day long to children & tweens, I have come to realize that speaking mindfulness to adults & parents is a natural next step, letting those ripples of calm energy come from every angle & expand within households, teams, groups & organizations.
The 2025 staff at .stratford dubbed my extra chats on the downpouring rainy group camp days, a unique form of ted talks, perhaps the ultimate compliment I could receive from them, keeping a kiddo audience interactively engaged during a time the children knew they were usually outside doing some other mindful activity other than listening to me. 😅
So, with that in mind, I am now booking Winter & Spring speaking engagements & mindfulness presentations, a reincarnation & evolution of this service ✨
I'm creating space for mama groups, children's groups, kiddo sports teams, child or family focussed organizations looking for this brands unique way of gaining the perspective of mindfulness information, mindfulness integration with a side of holistic wellness & energetics because, they truly go hand in hand here.
Each presentation or speaking engagement is thoughtfully curated through a custom quote after carving out time to have a meaningful chat with the intention & benefitted mindfulness outcome desired.
