Hey there! Thank-you for visiting Nurturing Community - Lactation and Infant Feeding Support page. I am excited for what I have to offer you in the world of infant feeding education and support, with my Private Practice tailored towards you and your babies individual feeding needs. My obstetrical Nursing career is where it all started for me, working with new parents and babies and assisting them with breastfeeding and feeding support. I fell in love with the feeling of helping a mother establish such a cherished moment with her baby, but also helping parents give their babies the Gold Standard of nourishment. It became an even bigger passion when I started having my own babies. My own personal struggles and perseverance with breastfeeding assured me, that I wanted to help other parents meet their baby feeding goals. I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and am currently working on my Childbirth Educator Certificate.

I am so very excited to help you and support you on the beautiful, yet sometimes challenging parenthood journey. I remember coming home from the hospital with our first son, and having to leave the house for doctors appointments, and then heading out to seek Lactation Services in the next town. I dreaded it and was so nervous to pack him into the car, not to mention I was sore and tired! I am here to help ease that inconvenience! In the comfort of your own home, I will educate and assist you with whatever questions or concerns you have. Being in your own environment will ensure you are comfortable and relaxed with nourishing your baby. I also offer virtual assistance over the telephone, email or FaceTime for questions or concerns that don’t have to be dealt with in person. All of these services are tailored to you and your babies needs.

I will also offer group prenatal classes for parents in the near future. To answer all your childbirth and beyond questions.
