Did you know that every Thursday we host a Brunch session from 10am - 12:30pm?

That includes the food, 2.5 hours of respite and a fun time for participants! All for only $35 / session

To put it into comparison 1 hour of 1:1 in the home is $35 / hour so the programs are a great alternative for someone who just needs a short break

Need more time to run errands or just relax? We have an all day option on Thursdays 10am - 4pm

Or maybe your loved one needs a bit more social interaction in their life. We all need connection, with our small groups everyone gets to know each other very well and a community is made.

Are there any private practice recreation therapists in the Brock Township/ramara area? Just asking for a senior that could use some friendly visits, maybe some nice walks, cards, crafts or painting. If anyone is available in that area, send me a message!

Over the years I've created many resources for group programs and 1:1 sessions with seniors that have been both fun and engaging. I decided to upload them on my etsy shop for others to use too!

Here is a fun valentines activity we used at the group program I helped to facilitate yesterday and it was great for both cognition and reminiscence. Enjoyed by all!

Huge shout out to Cedarcroft Place Retirement Residence on their opening of seniors games week! What a fun morning they put together... music, dancing and various community members all together having a great time.

🌞🌞 This sunshine is making us feel like spring is in the air 🌱🌼! Until garden season, flower arranging is always a fun activity and great way to bring some life into the home ♥️
