I’ll be away from the clinic AUGUST 18–22. As a business owner, it’s never easy to step back and unplug from emails and socials… but I’m committed to giving it a try!

Next week away is my chance to reset, recharge, and come back ready for an exciting fall season ahead.

Starting in July, my schedule is shifting just a little! I’m bringing in more structured and consistent hours so it’s easier to plan your sessions:

🗓 Tuesdays: 2:30–4:00pm
🗓 Thursdays: 3:00–6:30pm
🗓 Fridays: 8:00am–2:00pm

You’ll see these updates reflected on my online booking platform, but as always — feel free to message or email me to book your FST session! 🙆🏻‍♀️🙌🏼

Beginning in April, all Fascial Stretch Therapy appointments will be in the first treatment room at Collective Wellness… just down the hall from the current treatment room!

Big things are happening at MoveWell Kinesiology this spring! 🌿💪 More appointment slots are opening up, and we’re upgrading to a fresh new space!

Here’s what’s new:

1️⃣ Due to high demand for Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), I’m expanding my hours! You can now book a session on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays—more flexibility for our amazing FST fam!

2️⃣ We’re on the move! While still part of Collective Wellness, MoveWell Kinesiology is transitioning to a new and improved treatment room. More details coming soon—stay tuned! 👀
