✨ A quick heads up from MoveWell Kinesiology ✨

As of February 1, pricing for FST treatments will be increasing slightly.

This is the first price increase since opening MoveWell 3 years ago, and it reflects a few important things:
• Continued growth and education — including completing FST Level 2 this year
• Ongoing investment in providing high-quality, personalized care
• The natural rise in costs that come with running a small business sustainably

This small adjustment allows me to continue offering the same attentive, results-driven treatments you’ve come to expect — while continuing to grow and refine my skills to better support your movement and recovery.

As we wrap up the year, here are the adjusted hours for the holiday season:

Closed: December 25 & 26, and January 1 & 2
Open: A special availability has been added on Monday, December 29, 2025 from 8:00–11:00am!

Spots are already filling up — if you’re hoping to sneak in a stretch during the holidays, be sure to book soon. 🤍

🤒 If you’re feeling unwell, please refrain from coming in.
😷 You’re welcome to wear a mask if you’re recovering or feeling slightly under the weather.
📅 The cancellation policy is handled on a case-by-case basis — just reach out as soon as possible if you’re sick and need to reschedule. (If you’ve been unwell for several days, please avoid cancelling last minute!)

I just returned from an incredible experience with , where I completed my FST Level 2 certification!

I’m beyond grateful for the new connections, fresh techniques, and deeper understanding I’ve gained. I can’t wait to bring these advanced skills back into the clinic and help you move and feel your best!

✨ Let’s talk TRACTION ✨
When it comes to Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), traction plays a key role in helping your body move and feel its best.

1️⃣ What is traction?
Traction is the gentle pulling or elongation of your limbs to create space within the joints and tissues.

2️⃣ Why do we use it in FST?
By applying traction before stretching, we help decompress the joints, reduce tension, and allow the nervous system to relax—setting the stage for deeper, more effective mobility work.

3️⃣ The benefits 🌿
✅ Decompresses joints and tissues
✅ Increases range of motion
✅ Helps release tension and improve circulation
✅ Creates a sense of “lightness” and ease in the body
