As many of Lauren’s clients already know, we’re thrilled to share that she is expecting! As she prepares to welcome the newest addition to her family, she’ll be going on maternity leave starting in May.

During this time, we’re excited to welcome Matthew Medeiros, who will be stepping in to ensure our patients continue to receive exceptional care. Matt recently graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy—the same rigorous program as the rest of our practitioners at FORM—and is eager to support the health of our community over the next few months.

Matt will be joining us on Wednesday starting April 2nd and will gradually expand his hours as his schedule fills up. Call or book online for more information or to schedule your next appointment!
