Hello, my name is Stephanie Boyd.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Additionally, I am a Registered Physiotherapist with over thirty years of clinical experience in paediatric and adult neurology. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow and live life to the fullest. I am passionate about holistic treatment approaches, and I have an avid interest in animal-assisted therapy. I have found that incorporating dogs, horses and nature into therapy improves the emotional and spiritual well-being of people. I am guided by a belief that the spiritual and mental health of a person forms the foundation for their overall well-being. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults. I am dedicated to providing support for individuals with anxiety, depression, attention difficulties, stress management, difficulties with emotional regulation, and relationship conflicts. I am committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment to all people, including individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ and their families. Over the course of my career working in health care, I have witnessed the impact of loss on the trajectory of a person’s life. I am interested in helping clients of all ages who are dealing with loss due to disability or illness. I have a passion for working with family members and caregivers of those with medical concerns or disabilities. I welcome the opportunity to meet with you.
