The Unattached Care Clinic (UCC) is a new program for residents of Huron Perth and Area, providing timely access to acute, chronic, and preventive care for individuals without a family doctor or nurse practitioner.

Developed collaboratively by local Family Health Teams and supported by the Huron Perth & Area OHT the UCC is helping to bridge the gap in primary healthcare in an effort to ensure that no one in our community is left without essential services.
