Island Yoga Health and Wellness Just here for the Savasana! Your yoga is your journey. Parking is limited but there is additional parking just down the street if it's needed. This is your space!

Located in Stratford, just a short drive from downtown, you'll find a quiet space in my home to get your stretch on....or OM... or just nap on your mat. Class sizes are limited to no more than 8 people to allow for physical distancing during classes. Be sure to register ahead to hold your space. E-transfer or cash is accepted. Masks are required entering and leaving the space. No mask is necessary

on your mat. Bring a mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing. Props are available and kept clean and disinfected between each class. Space is also kept disinfected and cleaned between each class. Respect for others and most importantly for yourself is mandatory.
