Our office will remain closed until further notice. Below is information for those who have questions about different issues we may deal with.
Please do not flood or voicemails or emails with questions that can wait. The world is coming to a stand still, no one is expecting you to have a first aid certificate today. Please respect our closure and we will get to you as we can.
AED Not Working:
If you have an urgent issue with an AED that is not functioning, please email us.
First Aid/PPE Supplies:
If you require first aid supplies, please email or use or online shopping page. Keep in mind there are supplies that we can not stock at this time. Cleaning, disinfecting and personal protective Equipment are not available at this time.
Looking for a certificate or to register for a course:
- If you have taken a course, you will eventually get your certificate. No one will be requiring you to have it today! Our staff are currently at home, please respect this.
- There are no courses being offered right now. If you were registered for a course, we WILL reschedule it at a later date. This WILL NOT HAPPEN until we are back to our office and can make a solid plan. You will not be forgotten.
Looking to pay a bill:
You can make payment online using our customer portals. You can also email credit card info to use, but if you have not received a reply, please follow up. You should receive a response and receipt after processing.
