🎶I wanna dance with my baby🎶

You’ve seen them online…now it’s here on PEI! This is a gentle, dance based fitness class that will leave you feeling empowered and re-connected to yourself! Featuring music for YOU (no twinkle twinkle here…) you’ll dance with baby in a carrier or in your arms or they can be playing nearby. This class is very come as you are and will include a gentle stretch and convo time.

Family Place’s monthly Pregnancy Birth & Beyond Mini Expos cater to expectant parents, new parents, and families navigating the early stages of parenthood. The expos offer information & resources, ranging from prenatal care, childbirth education, postpartum support, & parenting tips.

A variety of exhibitors showcasing products & services such as baby gear, health & wellness, & family-friendly activities. Mini workshops provide information on topics like breastfeeding, infant care, & parental well-being.

Parents can connect with healthcare professionals, parenting experts, and other families, making it a supportive community event for anyone involved in the journey of parenthood.

It’s tiiiiiime!!

A new round of classes is starting and I can’t wait for more movement, breath, and connection with you. I love this community so much and would love to have you join us.

The biggest year for Blossoming Heart Yoga yet! I’m so grateful to each and every one of you that walk through our doors. Being invited into a small part of your parenting journey is not something I take lightly. I’m immensely proud of each of you and of the community we have created.
