We’re kicking off our Holiday Food Drive and inviting our wonderful volunteers, clients, and community members to join us in helping local individuals and families this season.

💙 How you can help:
Donate non-perishable food items such as canned goods, pasta, rice, cereal, peanut butter, and toiletries. Every contribution—big or small—makes a meaningful difference!

📅 Collection Dates: December 1st to December 15th
📍 Drop-Off Location(s): VON Perth Huron Program Locations
🌟Feel free to bring the donations with you to our exercise programs, adult day programs, congregate dining locations, or bring them into the Listowel or Stratford admin offices.

Today we are celebrating an incredible success story 💙

Meet Kathy, a SMART Exercise participant, who has been joining since April of this year. At the time she was using a walker and felt unsteady on her feet. After a knee replacement, hip disease, and being told she would never walk again, she's now stronger, steadier, and back to squatting to garden!

She feels confident and steady while walking, only using a cane occasionally. Kathy reflected "these classes are a life changer" and we could not be more proud!!!
