We’re excited to once again be part of Hike for Hospice on June 14, 2026 at the 💛👣

This meaningful community event supports the incredible care provided by , and we’re grateful to play a small part in the day.

For the fourth year (4!!!) in a row, Collective Wellness will be set up with a refreshment table, for all hikers 🥤💧 Be sure to stop by, say hello, and rehydrate! (If you were there last year, you know it was a HOT one 🥵)

We can’t wait to come together as a community in support of such an important cause.

Joshua is a myofascial release therapist whose work focuses on nervous system regulation and supporting deeper rest and improved sleep.

His sessions use slow gentle hands-on techniques to help the body shift out of chronic tension and survival patterns, and into a more settled regulated state. This approach is supportive for people dealing with stress, pain, overwhelm, or ongoing sleep difficulties. This approach is guided by the body rather than forced outcomes.

Meet Brandon Wittig, our Canadian Certified Pedorthist here at BioPed Stratford! 👋 Brandon has been helping patients move better for the past 15 years. After graduating from the University of Waterloo and completing Pedorthics at Western University, his main focus has always been biomechanics—bringing a unique and personalized approach to every patient’s care.

Outside of the clinic, Brandon enjoys being out in the garden tending to his fruit trees 🍎🌱, but most of his time is happily spent with his wife of 10 years and their two young boys. ❤️

Welcome to Thrive Myofunctional Therapy!

I’m Tenna, a Registered Dental Hygienist with over two decades of experience in the oral health field. In my clinical practice, I’ve not only provided dental hygiene services but also orthodontic services within a wonderful Oral Health team. Through these experiences, I’ve cultivated a keen interest and passion in airway health and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy. Understanding how the tongue, jaw, and facial muscles play a vital role in breathing, sleeping, and overall function inspired the creation of THRIVE Myofunctional Therapy.

The orofacial muscles are essential for proper breathing, swallowing, chewing, speaking and posture. Addressing Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders, or OMD’s in adults and children alike, through rehabilitation exercises, can have a profound change on one’s quality of life.

Nicole is a compassionate and body-aware Registered Massage Therapist with an interest in stress relief and TMJ care. She believes in tailoring every session to support you in your overall health and wellness journey. Nicole’s goal is to create a calm, supportive space where clients feel safe, cared for, and can fully relax.

As she is slowly returning to work after a maternity leave, Nicole is not currently accepting new clients.
