The 20/20/20 rule is a simple technique designed to reduce eye strain, especially for people who spend long hours looking at screens. Here’s how it works:

Every 20 minutes – Take a short break from your screen.

Look at something 20 feet away – This helps relax the focusing muscles in your eyes.

For 20 seconds – Hold your gaze at that distance before returning to your work.

💡 Why it helps: Staring at screens causes eye muscles to stay contracted, leading to fatigue, headaches, and even neck/shoulder tension. Following the 20/20/20 rule gives your eyes a mini “reset” and can also encourage you to stretch or change posture, benefiting your spine too.
