Happy holiday season , it's very busy at work seems i'm scheduled hrs that don't allow much evening or wknd so reflexology is on back burner for a couple more weeks !

My pops 2nd session he asked me is he suppose to notice anything he didn't really after his session,
I said that's ok and sometimes it may take several depending ... well tonight he called said he walked better today and his ankle didn't bother him!!! yay soooo awesome !!

This is a super busy week, just doing Reflexology on my family I've double duty every weekday this week.. and it's just easier for me to practice my flow on my son Seth !
Will be in touch for next Tuesday & Friday @ Bohemian Bloom exam is coming quick!

but look at my liver function report Oct 29 vs Nov 14
Green is normal
blue mildly abnormal
yellow moderately abnormal
red severely abnormal

Sunday is a much needed day of rest, just submitting a fundraiser, having coffee, admiring snow on my dogs ❄️(not ready)
it's a pj day here, shall do laundry, make chilli do one of the kids feet and knit !
I'm obsessed with finger knitting .. it's quick and easy homemade xmas gifts for my family this year..

Good morning, Fyi I will be at Bohemian Bloom in Baden starting next week my local ladies ( case studies ) I will be in touch in the next couple days to schedule your sessions.
For all my volunteers if you can come to Baden let me know.

I will not be coming to you to do them it's just to difficult ,

Liz has given me time and space at her shop to be set up and I'd like to have my clinical hr done by end of the year.

super excited today, I am enjoying this reflexology path ! But i've always been drawn to the emotional side ..in reiki if I had a hard time swallowing my indication of a blockage in the chakra ( throat /communication) my first response wouldn't be ..have you had a cold / getting a sore throat .. I'd always ask are you holding something.. needing to communicate! Speak up etc..
Sooo I recently discovered a practitioner Sam Belya.. I haven't got past the 1st few pages and it's literally singing to my soul.. or sole .. this is so me ! Why i'm astounded in my learning the story the feet tell of conditions experiencing in the body .. this is what truly sings to me ! And I can't wait to finish my clinical hours and tap
more into what has always been my soul purpose combining Physical and Emotional for me truly is the Heart of the Soul .. via the sole .. seems the universe was just waiting for me to figure it out !
