Wellspring's Stratford Program is operated by Wellspring London and Region and provides a wide range of supportive care programs and educational services at no cost for people living with cancer.

Join us every Friday from 1:30–2:30 PM to connect with new faces, catch up with old friends, enjoy a cup of tea, and take part in a fun, relaxed activity.

💚💜💚Alida's 199km Run vs Cancer!💚💜💚

Between September 29th, 2025, and March 29th, 2026, Alida will be running daily in honor of her fabulous Grammy, Amy Morris - who lost her battle with cancer 3+ years ago.

Alida's Grammy had a vibrant, giving heart - traits that Alida is inspired to further stitch into the fabric of our family culture. Alida chose this timeline because she wants to submit all funds raised to Wellspring London & Region Cancer Support Centre in time for her 13th birthday (March 31st, 2026)!

💚💜💚TODAY!💚💜💚

The 20th Annual Cookies & Carols will take place on Saturday, December 20th, 2025.

To help get children and families into the holiday spirit, the Falstaff Family Centre (FFC) is inviting the community to its annual Cookies & Carols event Saturday, December 20. For the first time, the presentation will be offered twice, with an afternoon event starting at 3:30 p.m. and remounted that same evening at 6:30 p.m. (doors open 30 minutes prior)

Once again, the event will be hosted by Michael Fox, with carols, music and readings by Loreena McKennitt, as well as Gemini Award-winning actor Cedric Smith, who will narrate a portion of A Child’s Christmas in Wales, by Dylan Thomas. Santa Claus himself will appear at 4:15 and 7:15 p.m. and there will be lots of carol singing in between with everyone invited to join in. Cookies and beverages will also be on offer.

“This is a cherished tradition we love hosting for the community,” says McKennitt, owner and director of the FFC. “We look forward to seeing people again in person and enjoying the spirit of the season.”

The event is free but donations will be gratefully accepted for Wellspring Stratford.

“Wellspring Stratford is honoured to be the beneficiary of this year’s Cookies & Carols event,” said Lisa Stacey, House Manager of Wellspring Stratford. “As a community-funded organization that receives no government support, events like this help ensure we can continue offering our programs at no cost to anyone affected by cancer. We’re deeply grateful for this generosity.”

The FFC has been hosting the Cookies & Carols event for twenty years, since McKennitt bought the former school in 2000.

We are once again so grateful to 🙏
On Friday, December 19, they’re featuring their special Wellspring Sandwich — the Well-Wich 🥪💚
A portion of every Well-Wich sold will be donated back to Wellspring Stratford.

We’ll be opening the Centre from 12:00–3:00 p.m. for anyone who wants to grab a Well-Wich and then join us at Wellspring to eat together, share some laughs, and enjoy a little holiday cheer before we close for the season.
