We’re educators, nurture neuroscience practitioners, infant + toddler sleep specialists… and twins raising little ones of our own.

After becoming parents, we both experienced how overwhelming those early years can feel — especially when it comes to sleep, big emotions, and trying to understand what our children actually need.

That’s why we created The Nurture Duo. ✨

Our goal is simple:
