There has been issues with patients booking appointment times and when reminder emails come in its an hour out. These are instructions from our EMR provider to reset your device.

Your options are walkin clinic in Chestermere or Calgary.
If it's an emergency , then go directly to hospital ED department.
Speak to your pharmacist about regular prescription refills.
