Ever wonder how massage actually reduces stress physiologically? This is how:

• It lowers cortisol, the stress hormone
• It increases endorphins, the body's natural pain relievers

• It calms the nervous system, which slows the heart rate

My Story

I’m an RMT with 2,200hr of training and a member of the Remedial Massage Therapists Association of Alberta. I specialize in therapeutic massage, Myofascial Release, Functional Range Release and pregnancy massage and can direct bill most insurance companies.

Massage may help with many issues such as TMJ, headaches, sciatica, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, muscle spasms, strains, sprains, tendonitis, muscle pain, among others.

My schedule offers a wide variety of options from mornings to evenings, including some Saturdays. You may either book online or call/text me directly. You may also call Centerpoint at 403-901-6088 and speak to reception.
