Yoga saved my life.
It saves my life over and over again.
Every time I feel afraid.
Every time I feel worried.
Every time I feel like the illness is taking over.
Every time I feel like questioning everything.
Every time I feel like I can't get out of bed.
Every time I feel as though I am suffocating.
I come back to my mat.
It welcomes me.
It warms me again.
It wraps me in a fuzzy blanket and tells me that everything will be okay.
It provides me with comfort.
It gives me clarity.
It brings me back to my breath.
And once again, I am saved.
