Okay okay… we’ve got another "official" set of healing hands in the building 💚

Sydney officially starts as a Registered Massage Therapist this Tuesday — and she’s our deep tissue queen. If you like your massages with just "a little more pressure", she’s going to be your new favourite human.

Bonus: she is set up on our direct billing portals, because self-care should feel easy.

Our availability for the week is posted 👀 If your shoulders have been yelling at you, consider this your sign. This is everyone's availability so check out our services online.

✨ Little updates, big energy shift ✨

We’ve been slowly updating our space, and we’re really happy with how everything is starting to come together. It feels lighter, calmer, and more aligned and we can’t wait for you to experience it.

We have February availability, so if you’ve been curious to come in, we’d love to welcome you. Booking a session is a great way to experience the space, the energy, and what we’ve been building whether it’s your first visit or a long-overdue reset.

We’re also planning (hopefully!) an open house in late spring / early summer so everyone can come check things out, say hi, and see what we’ve been creating 🤍

A quick note: Sydney is currently on vacation, but she’ll be taking new clients as a full registered therapist starting at the end of February, we’re so excited for this next chapter for her as our deep tissue therapist!

As we move into the Year of the Horse, we’re feeling energized, motivated, and ready for growth and so grateful to be sharing it with our community.
