                                            Hip mobility impacts everything from posture to performance 🌀
We’re continuing our 4-week Hip Stretch Series with Dr. Brittany, and this week’s focus is on the iliopsoas, a key hip flexor muscle that often becomes tight from sitting for long periods or repetitive movements like running.
Tightness in the iliopsoas can limit hip extension and contribute to lower back or hip pain. These stretches are designed to release tension and restore proper movement through the front of the hip.
