Spring is almost here, and with it often comes that quiet feeling that something new is ready to begin. 💐

Join us for a Spring Equinox Gathering: From Intention to Integration, a 2-hour guided experience with Megan, founder of The SelfCare Project, designed to help you move beyond simply setting intentions… and actually learn how to live them.

Because the truth is, most people know what they want for a new season, more calm, more balance, more presence. But trying to force change through discipline or pressure rarely works.

Real change happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to sustain it.

In this thoughtful and grounding gathering, Megan will guide you through a process of choosing one meaningful intention for the spring season and translating it into something your body and nervous system can actually hold.

Together you’ll explore:
• The quality you want to embody this spring
• Whether your nervous system has the capacity to support it
• Somatic practices to help regulate and integrate change
• One small, repeatable daily action to support your intention
• A compassionate “low-energy” version for the days when life feels heavier

You’ll also create a personal Integration Card to take home. A tangible reminder of the season you are stepping into.

Megan brings a deeply supportive and holistic approach to this work. She is a Registered Nurse (BScN), Certified Holistic Nurse Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and Yoga Nidra Facilitator, dedicated to helping people create sustainable change that honours the mind, body, and soul.

Spring is here, and we’re inviting you to move with us. 💗

If you’re looking for something that works your body, lets you sweat, and gives your muscles the stretch they need so you don’t leave feeling stiff and exhausted: Hot Yoga Flow is exactly that balance.

This invigorating infrared-heated vinyasa-style class combines movement, breath, and warmth to build strength while opening the body. The gentle radiant heat (around 30–38°C) helps warm muscles from the inside out, allowing for deeper flexibility, better circulation, and that satisfying post-class glow.

We also recognize that not everyone can make weekday classes, so we wanted to offer something on Sundays that includes a little more movement and energy to close out the weekend. 🔥

Hot Yoga Flow is also offered throughout the week, each teacher bringing their own unique style to the class:

• Fridays | 9:30AM with Shayna
• Saturdays | 10AM with Sheena
• Sundays | 12PM with Juli

While the pace and structure are similar, each teacher adds their own flavour, which keeps the practice fresh.

Spring is the perfect time to shake off the winter heaviness and reconnect with your body.

Most of us carry stress in our bodies long after the moment has passed. Tight shoulders. Heavy chests. Restless energy. This class creates space for the body to move that stress through instead of holding onto it. 🤍

You’ll be guided into simple, intuitive movement supported by breath and music. There’s no choreography to follow and no “right” way to move, just cues that help you feel safe enough to listen to your body and respond.

This kind of movement can be deeply regulating for the nervous system, helping you leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more grounded without having to talk things out.

Guided by two nurse coaches, this class blends nervous system awareness with gentle structure, so you’re supported without being pushed.

Our Story

Wild Soul is a Studio and a Kids Fitness Club with the focus on Yoga and a little bit of strength training and cardiovascular exercise sprinkled in. Wild Soul was born out of the love for Yoga, Children & Community.

At Wild Soul we teach a Vinyasa Style Yoga. Vinyasa translates to “breath synchronized movement”. Often referred to as Flow Classes, this style is a moving meditation. We also teach a Yin Style Classes, with the focus on longer holds to access the connective tissues. We will help you push past your physical and emotional boundaries and begin to realize your fullest potential.

We welcome ALL students, from beginners to advanced, to come experience our transformative flow. Our Yoga practice is strengthening and detoxifying. You'll leave feeling stronger, empowered, and renewed.

We make all of our classes fun and accessible! We offer our students variations and modifications as needed throughout the practice. So don't worry if you’re new and never practiced yoga before we are here to help and guide you.
