Join us for a Spring Equinox Gathering: From Intention to Integration, a 2-hour guided experience with Megan, founder of The SelfCare Project, designed to help you move beyond simply setting intentions… and actually learn how to live them.
Because the truth is, most people know what they want for a new season, more calm, more balance, more presence. But trying to force change through discipline or pressure rarely works.
Real change happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to sustain it.
In this thoughtful and grounding gathering, Megan will guide you through a process of choosing one meaningful intention for the spring season and translating it into something your body and nervous system can actually hold.
Together you’ll explore:

Megan brings a deeply supportive and holistic approach to this work. She is a Registered Nurse (BScN), Certified Holistic Nurse Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and Yoga Nidra Facilitator, dedicated to helping people create sustainable change that honours the mind, body, and soul.
